Almost 500 acres of bare arable land on the Sussex/Kent/Surrey borders is for sale as a whole or in up to four lots.
Within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the 497 acres at Great Cansiron Farm, Hartfield in East Sussex is Grade 3 arable and in combinable crops.
The soils here are Curtisden series, a well-drained coarse loamy soil over sandstone, and the main blocks are of 260 acres, 122 acres and 101 acres.
With a guide price of 3.6m, the land includes about 58 acres of woodland and ponds, with potential for a good pheasant shoot.
