Turkey Carving at EPIC

 As well as chairing the Egg and Poultry Industry Conference, turkey producer Paul Kelly attempted to break his own world record for carving and serving up a whole turkey at the Poultry Industry Banquet.

Taking to the stage to the theme of Rocky, “Kelly the Killer Carver” was obviously feeling the pressure and completed the task in a disappointing 3 minutes 29.85 seconds, almost half a minute off his best. But the event raised a commendable £2,000 for leukaemia research.
