LS Plant Breeding is the UK-based subsidiary of Norddeutsche Pflanzenzucht Hans-Georg Lembke KG (NPZ), a medium-sized, privately-owned plant breeding company based in Germany.

Through the combination of our own UK-based breeding programmes and the expertise and cutting-edge technology of NPZ, we are able to bring to market high-yielding varieties, with the UK farmer our priority.

We have a strong position in oilseed rape including AHDB Recommended Turing and Vegas for the UK, plus Murray for the East/West, as well as clubroot resistant Crome and HEAR Resort.

We are market leaders in pulses including PGRO Recommended spring beans Genius and Lynx, plus Orchestra and Carrington combining peas.
