Discovering what varieties have made the HGCA Recommended List for the coming year is always a key moment in the arable farming calendar. The 2008 HGCA Recommended List will be announced on Thursday 8 December.

Before the announcement Crops and FWi have combined to guide growers through how the selection process works and gets expert opinion on which candidate varieties will and won’t make the new list.
