Results are in from 19 Recommended List trial sites and the control varieties are averaging 10.05t/ha. This is slightly ahead of the five-year average of 10.02t/ha.

Barley variety selection

The top-performing site at Llampha, in the Vale of Glamorgan, hit 12.13t/ha, delivering nearly 2.05t/ha more than the overall five-year mean.
