Eight harvest photos to get the combines purring
The first harvest 2014 action is beginning with oilseed rape and barley being cut early in some eastern and southern parts of the UK.
While farmers are gearing up to go full-steam ahead, we at FWi are doing our own harvest prep with the launch of this year’s harvest highlights gallery.
We want your pictures of your harvest, the good, the bad and the unusual.
So to whet your appetite, here are some of our favourites from last year’s gallery, including the online ed’s personal favourite – harvesting in the shadow of the Shard.
Get snapping soon and upload your pics to our gallery or email them to fwfarmlife@rbi.co.uk. Your photo could end up gracing the cover of Farmers Weekly magazine.
