Lamma 2016 will be the first chance for most farmers to see the enormously clever Vicon FastBale.

This non-stop baler/wrapper combination has a pre-chamber where a bale is formed until a pre-set density is reached, whereupon the bale and crop flow transfers to the main chamber for completion.

Crop flow is then diverted to the pre-chamber once more while the finished bale is enclosed in net ready to transfer by gravity to the wrapping table where two orbital film dispensers apply the required layers of plastic.

Increased output from continuous baling and wrapping are the key attractions of the compact machine, which produces a 1.2×1.2m bale.
