It might not be everyone’s ideal tractor colour, but Valtra’s Unlimited Studio has created this dayglo Pink Cat version of the Finnish tractor maker’s four-cylinder 171hp N163 Direct tractor for the young farmers of Finland.

Inside, you get bright pink piping, red leather upholstery, chrome headlight surrounds, chrome exhaust, chrome mounting rack on the roof, chrome grille guard and alpine horns on the roof.

You want some more? How about a breath alcohol ignition interlock (presumably in case the brightness of the upholstery has driven you to drink), a stainless steel mirror on the ceiling of the cab (ideal for assessing hair-loss progress), chrome-plated exhaust stack, an iPad (of course) and auto-guide readiness.

Pink Cat will appear at Young Farmers’ events throughout Finland, beginning at the Okra fair in Oripää on 4 July. It will then visit all Finnish provinces before returning to its roots in central Finland at the KoneAgria fair on 11 October. It will also be accompanied by a customised trailer featuring a hot tub and terrace.

After the tour, the tractor will be offered for sale to customers just like any other demo tractor.

Could be the answer to that tricky birthday/Christmas present dilemma…
