The latest Weldability-SIF welding helmets come in three versions – Phantom Passive, Phantom Active and Phantom XL.

Phantom Passive (£23.90) has an integrated neck guard, weighs only 500g and is fitted with a 132mm x 115mm easy-to-replace filter lens.

Phantom Active (£79) is solar powered and has a 110mm x 90mm x 9mm auto-darkening filter making it ideal for MMA, MIG as well as TIG welding applications. Two light detection sensors are fitted and sensitivity and delay are adjustable.

Phantom XL (£139) has auto darkening technology with a low 2A minimum current sensitivity making it ideal when TIG welding. It weighs 600g and is supplied with a large 133mm x 114mm x 9mm Auto Darkening filter cartridge and four light detection sensors. More info from www.weldability-sif.com
