If space is short around the yard, Kingspan’s new Fuelmaster Titan ultra-slim diesel tanks could make sense.

They come in 1,225 and 4,000 litre sizes and can be hidden away close to farm buildings (or inside them). Both come with reversible factory-fitted cabinet dors to make them easier to site, too.

Lockable cabinets and Watchman tank level sensors are fitted, as well as 10-micron particulate/water filters. The bunded tanks come with a device to prevent overfilling and spills. Extra hose lengths can be stored in the large cabinet and there is a light inside the hood for late-night fill-ups.

Tank monitoring systems that allow you to keep an eye on fuel levels remotely are also available.

Cost is £1,195 for the 1,225 litre tank and £2,585 for the 4,000 litre unit.
