Raking, baling and wrapping can be carried out in one pass thanks to this innovative adaptor from Irish firm Mac Attach.

The steel frame adaptor mounts on a tractor’s rear linkage and allows a hydraulically driven Elho V-Twin rake to be sandwiched between it and the baler/wrapper.

Pto, hydraulic and electric connections are transferred to the back of the frame and the baler attaches using a high-mounted drawbar.

In work, the frame and attached rake is lowered onto a set of caster wheels and it’s lifted when traveling on the road. The driver also has to remember to lift it before reversing to wrap a bale.

The Mac Attach frame costs £6,900 and the Elho rake costs £11,250.
