Scottish man charged with pedigree Limousin cattle fraud

A Scottish man has been charged with fraud in relation to pedigree Limousin cattle.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 50-year-old man has been charged with fraud and culpable and reckless conduct after an investigation involving pedigree cattle.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”

Culpable and reckless conduct is a common law crime defined as deliberate conduct that exposes an individual, or the public generally, to significant risk to life or health.
No date has yet been set for a court hearing.
