Scottish farmland market sees two livestock opportunities

Two livestock farms are for sale in Fife and Stirlingshire with agent CKD Galbraith.

Dunduff Farm, near Dunfermline in Fife, may appeal to farmers looking for a well-equipped livestock enterprise.

It has been used as a beef and sheep farm across 269 acres of Grade 3, 5 and 6 pasture.

An extensive range of buildings include a modern portal-framed shed, 300t silage pit and two cattle courts with a feed passage.

Dunduff Farm is for sale at a guide price of £815,000 as a whole, or in two lots.

Over near Buchlyvie, Stirlingshire, about 330 acres of Grade 4 and Grade 5 grazing ground is for sale at offers over £475,000.

The ground is split into three enclosures with two fields put to permanent pasture. About 129 acres has undergone drainage work to increase the quality of the pasture.

The land is bare except for a modern storage shed, timber store and hard standing area.
