BPS help: Where to find your nearest RPA support centre
The Rural Payments agency has announced the locations of 50 support centres for farmers who have queries about their Basic Payment Scheme forms.
Farmers can hand in their application form, their Rural Land and Entitlements (RLE1) forms and any supporting documents at the centres.

In addition the sites will offer farmers a basic check of their forms, such as whether it includes land data and to confirm it has been signed at the end.
Applicants will also be able to ask general questions and get a submission receipt for their form.
RPA customer director Justin Chamberlain said: “No farmer should be more than 30 miles from a support centre and we have mobile support units to bring the service to areas where it is needed most.”
Farmers do not need to make an appointment, but agents with five or more clients will need to arrange a time to meet an adviser.
Extra help and printed forms can be obtained through the RPA’s customer service helpline on 03000 200 301.
