The first 30ft MF Powerflow combine header will be available to UK growers next season.

The firm has been testing the unit – in Challenger livery – across Europe and will be making it available for all Massey Ferguson Cerea machines next year.

With its trademark feed-belts, it is claimed to be able to outperform a standard 35ft header in anything other than standing wheat and, in oilseed rape, can improve forward speed by 73%. Retail price is around €35,000 (£23,726).
