Gilbert and Sullivan estate up for grabs

An ideal bolt-hole for stressed City types, described as secluded yet just 14 miles from Marble Arch, is being offered by agent Bidwells.
Grimsdyke Farm, 75 acres of grade 3 pasture inside the M25 near Harrow, has a decent house and buildings and is guided at ÂŁ1.2m, said the firm’s Jack Panton.
Originally part of the Grimsdyke Estate, home to W S Gilbert of Gilbert and Sullivan fame, the holding is subject to 50% overage provision by previous owner Harrow Council for the next 9.5 years.
